Taber United Reformed Church is a congregation of believers united to Jesus Christ by faith, gathered together to worship God, grow in faith, and relate to one another in love.
Most of our members were formerly members of Trinity Reformed Church of Lethbridge (United Reformed Churches in North America), which established Taber URC as its daughter church.
In January 2024, the congregation relocated to its current home at 4619 56 Avenue, the former Peace Lutheran Church building in Taber, Alberta.
Taber URC is a member of the United Reformed Churches in North America (URCNA). The URCNA confesses Jesus Christ as the only Savior and the Sovereign Lord over all of life, and is fully committed to the Bible in its entirety as the Word of God written, without error in all its parts.

We desire to provide opportunities for church members, as the body of Christ, to serve and put their faith into practice. Our desire is to partner with our member churches to be a mobilizer, sending men and women from their congregations to serve through the opportunities provided. We hope that relationships would begin between those in the field and those who travel to serve alongside them. We seek to do this through four programs: Community Outreach, Disaster Response, Evangelism, and Ministry Development.

Feeding the hungry in the name of Jesus. A charitable society located just south of Medicine Hat, AB. We seek to help those in need by utilizing unmarketable produce that would otherwise go to waste. We receive produce from very generous greenhouse owners/operators and farms in Southern Alberta and turn it into a dehydrated vegetable mix which can then be shipped all across the world to feed the hungry.

CLIR’s purpose is to glorify God in obedience to Christ’s command to “disciple the nations” (Matthew 28:19). Specifically, we have answered God’s call by serving the edification of His Church in Latin America. We do this out of a commitment to the historic Christian faith as summarized by the early creeds of Christendom, and further clarified by the Reformed confessions of the 16th century. Our objectives are to see God’s Church in Latin America built and strengthened upon Christ the Rock, and His infallible Word.
